Do Dr. Milk products contain artificial additives?
No. Dr. Milk products contain no artificial colours and no artificial sweeteners. The colours come entirely from natural extracts such as fruit and cocoa.
Does Dr. Milk contain any allergens?
Yes. Because of the real milk powder, butter and soy lecithin in the recipe, Dr. Milk products contain milk products (lactose) and soy. They may also contain traces of gluten, hazelnut, pistachio and egg carried over from the production line.
Do Dr. Milk products contain real dairy ingredients?
Yes. Beyond synthetic flavourings, Dr. Milk uses full-cream milk powder and real butter as the main element of its taste.
Do Dr. Milk candies melt or stick together in hot, humid weather?
No. Thanks to the special moisture-barrier twist-wrap (Twist-Wrap) packaging and the balanced recipe, Dr. Milk candies do not stick in high temperatures or humid conditions.
What is the shelf life and how should products be stored?
Under ideal storage conditions (18–22 °C, cool and dry) the shelf life is 24 months. Keeping candies away from sunlight and direct moisture is advised.
Do Dr. Milk products hold Halal and international quality certificates?
Yes. All Dr. Milk production processes hold BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and internationally valid Halal certificates.
Which packaging formats is Dr. Milk available in?
Dr. Milk comes in 300 g bags for everyday use, alongside 1000 g bags for bulk aisles and 1 kg transparent cylinder tins suited to hospitality and gifting.
